About the Event
Join Paige for a 2 hour workshop dedicated to helping you understand and deepen your breath work and meditation practice.
The workshop will explain the science behind both breathing and meditating and give you variations and practical applications of both to either kickstart or develop your practice at home.
You can bring a mat, pillow, blanket & anything else you’d like to feel comfortable - we do have a number available but welcome you to feel as ‘at home’ as possible throughout.
You’ll be provided with a manual to take home with all the information required to get started and continue to integrate breath for deep relaxation, nervous system reset or invigorating/energising and meditation to cultivate a deeper connection and sense of ‘Self’.
There’ll also be hot drinks including herbal teas & biscuits available.
